Workshop Etiquette
Please be mindful and make every effort to treat the workshop space as Sacred space. This time is sacred to you and the facilitator. As such please arrive ahead of time to settle in so that we can begin on time without distraction and interruptions.
Please make conscious effort to adhere to the following:
  • Maintain cleanliness and purity of the physical body.
  • Avoid chewing gum, cigarette smoke and cooking smells.
  • Wear loose and comfortable clothing.
  • Leave footwear outside/away from the door.
  • Practice stillness and silence upon entering.
  • Dress modestly & avoid noisy jewelry.
  • Avoid perfumes & fragrances.
  • Bring your own blankets/cushions to sit on.
  • Avoid a heavy meal at least 2 hours before practice.
  • Leave all electronic devices outside the space.
  • Bring a journal/notebook to take notes.
