Experience Atmanandam
Atmanandam Yoga meditation workshops offer techniques that can be used for relaxation, stress-management and to help develop self-awareness, state of calm, inner peace and an overall sense of well-being. The core foundation of this workshop is a simple meditation practice and may include simple preparatory yoga postures (Asanas), guided visualization and relaxation techniques (Yoga Nidra), breathing techniques (Pranayama) and chanting Sanskrit sacred words (Mantras).
